I took my car to the garage to have an MOT test.
The mechanic phoned me to say that
great news the car had passed the MOT test, but
the brake fluid was old and needed replacing
cabin filter was dirty and should be replaced
and would I like this done while the car was in the workshop?
I was under no obligation but it seemed a good idea and I was pleased to
receive the suggestions, so I agreed. I was pleased that he had phoned, even though there were clearly additional costs.
Do we come up with helpful suggestions like this for our customers or clients?
PS. Actually they collected the car from our home in the morning and returned it later in the afternoon, for £10.00! Another great service which saved me time.
